Payment & cancellation
- Deposit: 25% of the total amount is charged at booking.
- Balance: The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival. We send a friendly reminder 3 weeks ahead so you have plenty of time.
- Cancellation: Amounts paid are not refunded, regardless of when or why you cancel. We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance.
- Payment methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard. More payment methods may be added over time.
Frequently asked questions

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome and free of charge. They simply need to be kept on a leash, and you may bring up to 3 dogs per pitch (more by arrangement). Cabin 8 is the only cabin where dogs are not allowed.

Is electricity included?
Electricity is an optional add-on at €6.70 per night. On seasonal pitches you can instead choose electricity for a full or half season.

When are you open?
We are open from 1 April to 18 October 2026. The campsite is closed outside the season.

How do I pay for my stay?
You pay a 25% deposit when you book, and the remaining 75% no later than two weeks before arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
